Prize Claim deadline: 28th February 2025
1. Collect Tokens and Prize Ticket: Collect the required number of tokens and a prize ticket from Fyber Pro product boxes to be eligible for prizes.
2. Non-Transferable: Tokens and prize ticket are non-transferable and must be used by the person who collected them.
3. Multiple Prizes: Participants can win multiple prizes if they meet the token and prize ticket criteria for each prize.
4. Limited Quantity: Prizes are limited in quantity. Once all available prizes have been claimed, no further prizes will be awarded. We encourage you to participate early to increase your chances of winning while prizes are still available.
5. First Batch Only: This campaign is only valid for the first batch of Fyber Pro products as part of the Fyber Pro Giveaway Campaign.
6. Disqualification: Any entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions, or are deemed fraudulent, will be disqualified.
7. Claim Deadline: Submit your claim before 28th February 2025 and providing the necessary proof of tokens, prize ticket, and product voucher.
Example:
• To win an iPhone 16: Collect 15 tokens + the Prize Ticket and complete the social media steps.
• To win a Smartwatch: Collect 5 tokens + the Prize Ticket and complete the social media steps.
1. Campaign Duration:
o The campaign is valid for purchases made between 1st November 2024 and 28th February 2025
o All prize claims must be made before 28th February 2025. Claims made after this date will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility:
o The campaign is open to all members purchasing Fyber Pro products within the campaign period.
o Any entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions, or are deemed fraudulent, will be disqualified.
3. Verification:
o To claim a prize, participants must provide a valid prize ticket and the corresponding number of tokens.
o Participants must submit a clear photo of the prize ticket and tokens in the product, ensuring the serial number is fully visible for verification.
o Verification of winning claims will be completed by Maxxlife International Company. The company reserves the right to reject any claims found to be fraudulent or incomplete.
4. Token & Prize Ticket Validity:
o Only official tokens/prize tickets with serial number included in Fyber Pro product packaging are valid for prize claims.
o The token/prize tickets must be in good condition, legible, and complete. Damaged, altered, or illegible tokens/ prize tickets will not be accepted.
o Once a prize is claimed, the tokens/prize ticket are voided and cannot be reused.
o Tokens/prize tickets are non-transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged.
5. Disqualification:
o Maxxlife International Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the campaign, including fraudulent claims, fake tokens/prize tickets, or manipulating the outcome.
o Any entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions, or are deemed fraudulent, will be disqualified.
6. General:
o Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Maxxlife International Company reserves the right to substitute any prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.
o Photos used in promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only. Actual prizes may vary.
o Maxxlife International Company reserves the right to amend or modify the terms and conditions of this campaign at any time without prior notice.
7. Legal & Privacy:
o By participating in this campaign, you agree to the collection and use of your personal data for prize fulfillment and other related purposes by Maxxlife International Company.
o All decisions by Maxxlife International Company regarding this campaign are final and binding.
